Intermittent fasting made simple!

Fantastic reference for anyone who wants to better understand intermittent fasting, especially women like myself. Great information and recipes

I have looked into intermented fasting a few times but never enough to understand why it's good for the body. This book explains first off how it works, why it works, what your body does with the food we consume. It explains a lot of what is needed to know for this topic.

I love the many options for intermittent fasting and I also love that she puts food and exercise choices in there as well.
Common food myths were debunked.

Yum, the recipes sound amazing. Appetizers, sides, dinners, salads, soups

Now I need to buy the physical book just so that I have all of these recipes and meal plans.

Kendall Peters does an incredible job of taking a complex and often overwhelming subject and breaking it down into simple, easy to understand language. I've tried all sorts of diets and never really found one that has worked for me, and I'm hoping this one will really help me start shedding the pounds and keep them off. One of the biggest takeaways I got from the book was that it’s not necessarily what you eat, but when you eat that can make the biggest difference when it comes to your health and wellbeing. Greer Gray’s narration was absolutely wonderful and brought the book to life. I would highly recommend this audiobook to anyone looking for an effective and sustainable way to lose weight and improve their overall health.

Great book

We all know that losing weight gets harder as we get older. Especially for women! This book is a great resource that teaches all about the many benefits of intermittent fasting, especially as we age.
