I have done research on fasting.

I have done research on fasting and still learned a lot from this book. I feel like if I had listen to this book before I started intermittent fasting my life would have been a lot easier.

I am so happy that this book has taught me a lot

I am so happy that this book has taught me a lot of things about intermittent fasting. This method is effective I believe. This is worth recommending.
