Very inspirational !!!

Very inspirational if you have a health condition such as liver fat or diabetes for someone who doesn't want to fast. it brings a whole new light to fasting

Great !!!

Finally, a book that has a complete scientific explanation to weight gain and loss. Filled with facts to support the benefits of fasting. At the same time it is very practical, showing exactly how to start.

Fantastic. Enjoy this book.

Fasting is so nice. I never have to count my calories. I eat one or two meals a day. I just make sure I fast for 16 hour's a day or more. Most of the fasting is done during sleep.

Informative Book!!!

I found this book very interesting and helpful, and have now incorporated intermittent fasting into my life on a regular basis with very encouraging results. Although I don't have diabetes I am severely overweight. I already follow a low carb high fat diet which is also helping and I believe it also makes fasting easier as I don't crave anything.

Great book! Best book available on fasting and what really works. The stories of people doing fasting are very good to hear because it gives a person a sense of how fasting works in the real world.

Excellent book.!!!

I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life.

A lot of important information gathered in this book. This book causes me to profoundly make a few information investigations effectively. I was actually impressed by how much useful information squeezed in such a short book.
