Resilience Guide

One of the best books I have listened to lately. In fact, I played it twice so far. It is a terrific listen. Am ordered the paperback so I can highlight and refer to parents and clients in my practice. So much good timely information on strengthening your inner ability to weather the hard things as well as to disengage from negative emotions that combat the mind but reframing them.

Become Resilient

Resilience is one of the keys to a healthy life,

It will help you to conquer your hardships, face your fears, learn that skill, navigate past traumas and so much more.

A resilient mind leads to a resilient body.

This book has helped me massively in becoming someone who sticks with it and doesn't quit early on. Before I always gave up at the first hurdle, but now I'm eager to keep on going and I'm loving the results of it.

Definitely recommend checking this out if you want to become more resilient!

So accurate

I tried one of the exercises in this book, and it changed my thought process on how I viewed my previous work experience. My thought is that even though my previous work experience with a specific company wasn't ideal, I can use that experience to push myself to get what I deserve because I work hard for it and I've realized that I never want to be as lowly as they made me feel. The exercises in this audio are practical and easy to follow. If you are full of negative thoughts or just need some uplifting, I highly recommend this book because it's true. Your thought pattern can greatly affect you and others, and changing it can change your outlook on just about everything.

So Inspirational!

I wish I found this book before. The daily practices are so useful to build mindfulness and mental fortitude. There are so many distractions right now and our minds and hearts are in over drive after COVID-we are still impacted. This is an amazing guide that we can all use!
