Summary

So enjoyable
I loved the way these characters fought the inevitable thinking they were doing the right thing for the other in the relationship. They were just so well suited and I was so happy once they worked out their issues. One of my favourite things about Carrie Ann’s books is the way she develops her characters. The way she gives them so much depth and development. She also gives them the ability to grow and adapt.
This was certainly in the top 5 Montgomery books that I have read, the twists and the interesting characters made this one so good.
I’m also in awe of the narration choices that Carrie Ann makes. They give so much personality to the characters, so much emotion. This was a brilliant audiobook and I loved it.

two genuingly lovely people deserve all the love
This is Benjamin and Brenna's story. What a wonderful story with inspiration and love sprinkled liberally throughout. I love the way Benjamin was asked to give the ultimate gift and he knew he was gonna say yes, he just had to think things through first, I mean he wouldn't be him if he jumped to doing things. Much better to think things through and what better way than go on a trip with a trusted friend. And Brenna definitely needs a bit of peace and quiet to have a think, she never has a moment to herself and going home for a family reunion gives her that chance. Loved the way the family just assumed she'd make the bread for the family party, it's what family does not realising how much work it takes. Love how Benjamin just jumped in to help. The tension is there from the start and after so many years of telling everyone she didn't have feelings for Beckett she now starts to have feelings for Benjamin. And of course they now allow themselves to see each other in 'that light'
Loved this romance, how they are genuine and caring people and having to juggle both sides of their massive families.

Great addition to series
Fantastic twist in series. Brenna is a Garrett and closely friends with Montgomery.
Brenna has struggled with everyone thinking she was in love with Becket her best friend but actually they are just friends.
She decides that is wants to start a family without a partner.
She decides to take a trip and surprisedly Benjamin goes along, Beckett’s twin brother.
Things get out of hand and surprising things happen that bring them both closer together.
Absolutely loved this addition to the series. I love big families as I come from one.

Brenna & Benjamin…
Brenna is not in love with her best friend, Bennett. She has to clear that out. What she has is a wish that she’s making it come true. Benjamin, her best friend’s twin, will be his confidant and a shoulder to lean on and maybe more. I enjoyed Brenna’s happily ever after. Benjamin is an awesome guy. I smiled for every baby that is making the Montgomery’s grow. Not that they need more but the next generation is coming in! Lovely narration by both Aaron and Emma.

Another excellent listen by Carrie Ann Ryan. I can’t get enough of the Montgomery Family. Loved Brenna & Benjamin’s friends to lovers story. Awesome narration by Aaron Shedlock & Emma Wilder.
