Information dense
Get ready for science terms, this audiobook is exceptionally informative and I found it very useful, whether you choose to take all of it as read is up to you, but there are certainly factors which are beyond my doctors scope so any extra information or clarification of test results from another perspective is for me, definitely something I can use.
Obviously it is highly important to monitor things on your own too as we are all different but I for one have found this a very good source of important information.
