Shocked about how useful this was.

Wasn't sure what to expect as I felt I already knew a lot in this field but I have to say I am surprised about refreshing this book was. Had a new side to negotiation I had not considered before. Very good narrator too, kept me engaged throughout.

Valuable and practical

Lots of valuable advice. Loved the case studies, I could relate to so many of them. Showed me perfectly how to handle different situations.

Enjoyed this a lot

Narrator was good but not excellent therefore giving that part 4 out of 5 but the rest definitely gets 5 out of 5. Gained a lot from this, feel much more confident to tackle negotiations of various types.

Something different.

Delighted to hear something a bit different in the world of negotiation / conversation skills. A unique spin on a well publicised field. Something fresh but easy to follow.

Used these methods at work.

I work in a busy office and sometimes I feel discussions / negotiations to be quite difficult.

I am not a genius / expert after this book but I *AM* a lot more capable and confident, as was shown in a discussion this week, therefore I am happy to leave a positive review.

Great book.

Like a lot of other reviewers have said, this book is packed with very powerful yet easy-to-follow advice.
Best book I have read or heard in a while.

A total waste of time...

That's probably the worst book I ever read. Absolute wasteof time. Filled with clichés that even kids know. The examples given are ridiculous and predictable. No new information inside. Nothing to learn or remember. Wouldn't recommend. One terrible book
