About this listen
It's getting hot around here! Chilli hot!
Leah
My next-door neighbour, Jenson, is a chef and a successful businessman. He's also a single daddy to the cutest six-year-old girl. I'm only here as long as it takes to get my parents' old house ready for sale. Then it's time for me to make a fresh start, away from the tragic events of late. Trouble is, now I've had a taste of this hot daddy's sauce, I want more....
Jenson
When I see Leah in the garden next door, at first I think she's barely out of school. But she soon reveals she's all woman. My daughter loves her, and it's not long before my own feelings are heading the same way. Are we a mouth-watering combination or a recipe for disaster?

The man can cook
I enjoyed this book. Single dad of a 6year old girls meets the lady next door fixing up her parents house to sell. I enjoyed all the characters. We get a HEA, no cliffhanger, Not much angst, no cheating. The narration was great. I recommend this book.

Great story
I received this book free for an honest review.
Jenson owns and runs Inhale where he also is the chef he doesn’t have much time to himself as he’s also bringing up his 6 year old Daughter Amelia . When he notices Leah in next doors garden he presumes it must be their Daughter come to sort out the house after her parents died suddenly and he can’t stop thinking about her . When she has an accident Amelia tells her Daddy will look after you so she goes with them where he tends to her cuts and grazes . I just loved this story and Amelia is so funny and the things she says so innocently are taken the wrong way between Jensen and Leah and the sexual tension between them is real. Have you ever listen to a book and felt the characters were friends well that’s the way this book made me feel and I even got to wondering how they were getting on after the book ended 🙂

awesome first aubible experience!
First time I have ever used audible! I was worrying that wouldn't be able to follow along the story but this book was brilliant. Very descriptive so you could picture every scene perfectly. The characters were all very likeable and their personalities came across clearly throughout. I found myself wanting to hear more and more. Thanks for the great story!

Great entertainment
I loved this story of single dad Jenson and his lovely young neighbour Leah. It was a good paced romance with well written characters and plot. Jenson was a great guy. Loved and cherished his daughter. Had great relationship with his sister. But he also had his moments when he behaved poorly with Leah purely based on misconception of a situation which was a bit annoying but hey, nobody is perfect, right? I liked Leah's character very much. She was great with Jenson's daughter, Amelia. I imagined her to be quite a few years younger than Jenson but she was far from superficial or childish. Amelia was a sweet girl, quite the matchmaker this one.
I loved both narrators, their enunciation and voices. Rachel Woods has one of the cutest little-girl-voices I've ever heard on audio. They both brought the story to life with their narration. It was a great entertainment and high quality recording.

Hot Daddy Jenson
I've read one of these authors previously but I do own some of Devlin's alter ego books, so neither are totally new to me.
I fancied something quick and steamy and that's exactly what I got! There was heat from the beginning - plenty in descriptive and innuendo!
The character chemistry was there between Jenson and Leah - there wasn't really anything I didn't like about the main characters. I think there was only really one secondary I didn't like and they only appeared briefly.
I did love Jenson's daughter Amelia too and the development of her relationship with Leah, which developed just as quickly as Jenson & Leah's.
The only thing I I wasn't keen on was the innuendos around Amelia, they did make me cringe a little.
I'll definitely try to read more of the series though!
AUDIO
I'm generally a fan of dual narration when there are two main characters with a romantic/sexual relationship, and the two narrators of this definitely brought the characters to life. Jenson was rather swoony! The only thing I I wasn't keen on was the female narrators child voice which sounded badly American rather than British!

This is a lovely sweet romance. Good storyline. Likeable characters especially the daughter, she’s a spirited young lady that had me laughing out loud. Excellent narration from both Rachel and Patrick.

Love all round
Hot is more than a flavour.
Ok so let’s start by talking about the title. Jenson is a hot single dad. He’s also a chef and restaurant owner.
Jenson has a new neighbour. Unfortunately the old ones died in a car accident. Their daughter, Leah is his new reason to stare out of the window. Jenson has lost touch with the dating world. He’s a single dad who already has a lady to look after. Luckily for him, his cooking could win anyone over and Leah is thinking about sampling more than the sauce.
Leah is a younger woman who has inherited a house next door to a hot older man. His little girl wins her heart and her daddy offers more than a good cooked meal. This is about more than find the perfect man. A ready made family is on the table.
Hot daddy Sauce is the first book in an almost complete new series from Angel Devlin (Andie M Long) and her co-author, Tracy Lorraine. This is the first of the audiobooks, but I’m guessing there will be more to follow. I read this book via KU and I’ve listened to it on Audible. The one thing I’ve noticed about listening to books is that sometimes the jokes go over my head when I’m reading the text. What I liked about this audiobook was that it had both a female narrator and a male. It’s the first book I’ve listened to that had a young girl as an important character. I really like how the narrators enhance this story.
This book is cute, funny and hot. Kindle Unlimited read, followed by an ARC of the audiobook. My review is honest and my own opinion. 4.5 stars out of 5.

Leah and Jenson!
After the sudden death of her parents Leah wasn’t allowed much time to grieve before she found out she needed to sell her parent’s house as their debt to an unscrupulous person has now become her debt.
The only woman that Jenson wants in his life on a long term basis is his daughter Amelia. When Amelia visits her new neighbor Leah it became a case of love at first sight between them but will her father feel the same way?
A single father, an adorable child, hot chemistry and all the feels as this book has everything you could want and more. I received a complimentary copy of the audiobook and thought that the narrators did a great job with all the characters with both the humor and emotion of this story.
