Summary

A Moroccan adventure.
A new author for me , Reggi Dupree penmanship style is beautiful with limitless imagination.
With such a beautiful vocabulary and writing style, this prequel prepares the rest of the series to come.
Excellent way to get you ready for the second book hoping for the third to be written, narrated and make it into my library.
Beautiful narration by Ruthie Bowles to each of the characters in this book.
My recommendations !!!

Great introduction to Hoodoo
Gwendolyn Carter is a celebrity tattoo artist, who is cursed to die before her next birthday. When a tall dark handsom man offers her a chance to escape the cuse she jumps at it.
But has she leapt from the frying pan into the fire, I look forward to the next book Return to Hoodoo.

That ending though 😱
I absolutely loved this introduction to the writing of Reggie Dupree narrated by Ruthie Bowles. It's also a great introduction to the character and Hoodoo. It was fast paced, witty and funny and I'm looking forward listening to Return to Hoodoo.
