About this listen
They’d kill me if I claimed the innocent omega...
One whiff of his scent, and I know Evan needs to belong to me. The divine omega is the precious son of the redcap dragons, but I need to make him mine. They’ll never allow it. His uncle guards him like a precious gem and they treat him like he’ll break under any stress. But he’s stronger than that. And I want to give him the world.
But there’s no future for us. I was raised for war, not love, and an innocent man like Evan deserves someone gentle, someone better. Yet, with him, I can have everything I’ve always wanted: love and a family to call my own.
The only way to claim him is to help him escape the sheltered life he’s always lived...but will making him mine place him in too much danger?

Great addition to the series
I loved Bishop and Evan. Both were searching for something they believed unattainable to fill the lonely space within themselves and realized they were each the missing piece to the other's puzzle.
There was plenty of action, drama, suspense and steamy moments between them both to keep me completely hooked.
Gabriel Amari is a new to me narrator and I really enjoyed his interpretation of the story, it brought it to life.

Amazing book
My points on this book
1. I like how this book does not follow most gay shifter books. But still has story line of alpha finds his omega
2. I like how this book picked its The narrator it’s very important for someone like me in my opinion to be able to clearly understand the reader and get lost in his or her voice
3. In my opinion some parts got boring but it made up for it when getting to the middle of the story and end
4. I did appreciate that the Book maker added a lot of emotion into the story made it more real and exciting
When buying make sure you read the description and the sample and see if you like the voice who is reading it to you that’s the most important thing before buying

Fantastic fated dragon mates romance
This story explores an ages-old human drama, but with dragons. Privileged young man (Evan) meets working warrior (Bishop). Young man's family finds the suitor unsuitable and they are parted. But there are complications that then threaten Evan's life, and only Bishop can save him. This is an enchanting love story with danger, drama, love, fated mates, and sacrifice. It is also a story of deciding what is important and what a life is worth. Evan was treated like a precious, fragile artifact by everyone in his clan, but he wanted to be free. He wasn't supposed to love the battle-hardened, lower-class Bishop. Evan's uncle, Vince, wasn't a bad guy, just proud and arrogant, and when Evan's life is on the line, he shows what's really important to him. I loved Evan's strength and defiance to get what he wanted and Bishop's efforts to do the right thing by him. They are such a great couple! I loved the twist on dragon babies and the necessity of mating for the omega and child.
The narration is great and really captures the attitudes and emotions of the characters. Gabriel Amari really takes the story to a higher level.
