About this listen
A worst bosshole ever Scottish romance
My Scottish billionaire boss is arrogant, secretive, demanding, and far too insanely hot for me, his meek assistant, to actually look in the eye. But somehow, I manage to put up with the boss from hell...until I get a terminal cancer diagnosis.
Totally valid reason to quit, right?
Not for my cruel devil of a boss.
You will not believe his response to my resignation...or the secret he's been hiding all along!
This book features:
- Knots and kilts
- A secret work crush
- A meek and mousy assistant makeover
- Lots of Scottish accents
- An unfairly hot bosshole who will not allow you to quit. Ever.
Warning: Do not buy this book if you're not ready for a real Scottish alpha wolf who will have you cursing him one moment and saying, "Aye, Iain!" the next.
This hot romance has so much heart, it just might inspire you to hop on the next flight to Scotland and start searching for your very own "wolf in a kilt".

Taylor Has A New Fan!
What a fabtastic audio listen! 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐫 is new to me but her unique plot line and beautifully chiseled characters that stole my heart, have quickly made me a fan! I am so glad I listened to this one!
I love the plot twists and the banter between Iain and Milly. They were absolutely addicting and listening to their story unfold was such a delight!
𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐫 is a truly talented author and hearing her tell this story was an absolute thrill! Her accent was spot on and really made me feel like I was listening to friends, rather than a story. I loved that!
If you love broody bossholes and the women that fall hard for them, then you must grab this listen up today! You’ll laugh, you’ll fall in love and you’ll want more of these emotional roller coaster rides from a talented author!

A Fascinating & Steamy Story! Great Narration🎧
Theodora Taylor pens a fascinating and imaginative story and I enjoyed it immensely, it drew me in right from the start and captivated my attention the entire time. I liked the originality and the paranormal twist to the story that starts off in the workplace, with a grumpy boss and a dedicated and hardworking assistant who is at his beck and call. Iain is the grumpy boss with some serious control issues, Millicent “Milly” is his assistant and puts up with a bossy alphatude. But everything changes when she isdiagnosed with a terminal illness and she gives her two-week notice, which he doesn’t accept. And here comes the fascinating and imaginative part, a paranormal twist, and I loved how it all played out. This cleverly plotted story has plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance, knotting and all. Theodora Taylor, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧And for the wonderful narration, Samantha Brentmoor was the star of the show and she did an amazing job of bringing these characters and story to life. She covered the voices for all the characters, gave each their own distinct voice, accent and all, making it easy to follow and tell who was who. Her Milly was spot on, grasping all sides of her personality, from her abiding side to her strong and determined side, and she did the same for Iain, grasping and portraying his bossy alphatude and demeanor perfectly. She was fabulous performing the roles of all the secondary characters too. You could hear how much heart she put into her work as she captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into her performance. Ms. Brentmoor is a versatile voice artist and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen.
