About this listen

“I’m just dying to be a single mom back in the workforce after 10 years away,” said no one ever.

But I don’t really have a choice. After my ex left me high and dry, I need make things work for my kids. Even if it means getting rejected for jobs over and over again.

When my friend gets me an interview with her boss for an interior design job, I think things are finally looking up. That is, until I door ding his Tesla and yell at my kids on the phone during the interview. (For the record, running out of peanut butter does not count as an “emergency.”)

But for some reason…he offers me the job.

As a boss, Gage Griffen is intense, driven, and demanding. But under his layers of Armani and grumpy exterior, he’s also generous, kind, and treats my kids the way I wish their dad would.

I need to keep my distance, because this job is our fresh start. And messing up this opportunity could ruin everything, including my heart.

Hello Billionaire is a grumpy/sunshine rom com featuring a steamy billionaire, a plus-size single mom, three matchmaking children, and one hell of a happily ever after.

Loved it.

Loved the story and it really portrayed the love a mum has for her children and especially as a single mum. The trials and tribulations of work, children, extended family and divorce, all rolled into one with a hot new man to think about too. The voice actors were excellent, including Levi, which I thought for an audible book, was great to have a chapter voiced by the eldest son.

Couldn’t stop listening.

Couldn’t stop listening. Such a lovely cosy book that draws you in and keeps you engaged until you realise it’s 3am and will be woke by a toddler in a couple of hours. Love the characters, the narrators brought every one of them to life so perfectly. I know this will be a book I revert back to multiple times when I need a dandelion.

Story of struggle and love

The repeated fact that he was a billionaire but you can over look that for how different the story was from normal romance novels. I think it would make a good film it has several options of being more raunchy or the divorce and 1st marriage in more detail showing how abusive the affairs can be mentally any way highly recommend

Male voice actor didn’t land

I felt the delivery wasn’t there with the male voice actor. Maybe I would’ve enjoyed more not as audiobook, Gage should have been strong autorotation voice, whereas it came off more insecure, youthful and flamboyant

Sorry awful on all fronts

The premise was a good one but the execution was completely lacking the characters had no real depth to them at time it felt like a corporate business manifesto

The female lead was annoying but they were both soulless the relationship had zero buy in I genuinely couldn’t of cared less about the two characters
