Awesome book!
This book is for everyone who breaths! Especially for one who struggles, have stress, simple things how to balance yourself. Science and yoga perspectives wonderfully flowing together. So clear and deep at the same time! Wow! Nice book, Eddie! Kindly waiting for others coming up ! 🙏🏼

Practical, accessible and super informative!
I’ve literally listened to it in 1 breath, this book is packed with scientific information explaining the science of breathing in plain English, but also offers a direct experience of the practices, as the author guides you through some of the breathing exercises.

Excellent, easy to follow instructions for basic breathing techniques suitable for beginners
There are so many audiobooks to introduce you to breathing practices. For me, this one hits the sweet spot between explanation, practical guidance for basic techniques, and not too much faff that can often be found around the buzzwords of mindfulness, meditation and breathing. The instructions are easy to follow and you basically can incorporate them into your day from day one. Had a definite positive influence on my life!

Good, practical advice balanced with theory
I’ve listened to a lot of books on meditation but nothing on breathing practice specifically. I thought this was well written, with sound, practical advice and I’ve learned quite a lot despite the relatively short duration. Has given me something I can easily incorporate into my day - every day. Thank you!
