I like how concise it is.
It made me face several truths about Procrastination and Overcome Laziness that I had been avoiding and immediately affected my procrastination habit. I'm so glad I found this audiobook. After listening to it over a weekend, I have already seen a difference in my productivity!

Very good, helpful book!
This book helped me understand brain chemicals, which has truly helped me to improve my life. I purchased the book after hearing Stephen Patterson on a podcast. I really liked the way she broke it all down on the podcast, and I was pleased to see that she writes the same way. I've listen to several psychology and self-help books over the years but didn't get much out of them. I'm a very logical person - I have two Philosophy degrees. This one explains the science of how the brain works and gives very simple guidelines to re-train your brain. This has helped me to improve my life in some very important ways. 👍👍
