"work is part of life and it can be fun!"

It challenges your current situation for improvement in a kind way. Dr. Sharp gives many handy tips for each habit that anyone can do. I also like to hear the input from all the people at the end of each habit. They give additional ideas while enabling concrete examples of the feasibility of the implementation of happiness at work.

Life changing

Don't hesitate, take the plunge, and dive right in!

I did and not regretted it at all.
who would have thought it would take me this long to realise that by making simple changes, they could have such a big impact.
