Perfect short easy meditations good voice to liste
Voice not off putting, easy to listen to, easy to fit an 8 minute meditation into everyday life with young children. Thank you Bodhipaksa for helping me to establish a regular meditation practice around my young children

Helpful, short meditations
Soothing and well guided meditations that one can do once or many times a day. They have helped settle my mind and control my anxiety, highly recommended!

Meditation easy to adapt in everyday life
This was perfect to listen to in bed, on the sofa, on the train, in my lunch hour which proved to calm me and relax me during stress moments during the day. I would highly recommend this as an introduction to meditation or for people that already meditate.
