Brilliant book on guided meditations!
I have been getting back into meditation and have been looking for some inspiration to get me started. I also really like guided meditations as it lets me just immerse into it. This was perfect for what I was looking for, great meditations and I liked the background music too. Recommended if you are looking for guided meditations or inspiration!

I needed this book!
With all that’s going on in the world, my anxiety level has reached an all time high. After listening to this audiobook several times, I am much calmer and am able to implement the breathing techniques during work breaks and even while sitting at a traffic light. I’m working to make these guided meditations a part of my daily personal practice. I highly recommend turning off the news and turning on this book!

Great listen
I get anxiety flare ups every now and then and this has been great in relaxing and calming me. I have used it both in the morning and in the evening and it has a really falling effect.

Really helpful!
I really enjoyed the calm voice of the narrator.
As someone who has been struggling with anxiety for some time, I can reccomend getting this book. The meditations in here have really helped me in coping with my anxiety.

Find peace in an overwhelming world
The narrator is such a perfect fit, with the calm voice it easily helps me to visualize a calmer self!
I love becoming more aware of the spaces in my mind and finding more control of my peace no matter what's happening outside of me!
These daily affirmations have really helped me turn my mental health around. The simple techniques to build resilience really stood out to me and gave me the strength to tackle my trauma from past addictions.

Positive and Powerful
I am so glad I discovered this audiobook. It is so peaceful and calming, and a powerful mental health boost. I will continue to use the techniques used in this book and no doubt plan to listen to the audio regularly too! Highly recommend!

Super relaxing and helpful
Wow what can I say about this audiobook. It is my new favourite thing! I have been on a self healing journey for a long time and I find audiobooks super helpful to help me detach and relax when feeling anxious. This book is extremely soothing and definitely my new favourite, it sends me into a calming trance. Definitely recommend.
