Heartwarming and inspirational!
This collection of beautiful affirmations is a joy to listen to, and is perfect for any situation. Listen first thing in the morning, during household tasks, at work, in the car, or during meditative moments. You can be motivated and inspired no matter where you are, what your age, or what your life entails. Not only that, but this collection is just as useful to men as well. A highly recommended gift to share with a loved one. Great narration by Juanelle Louise Holl also.

Can't get enough of these affirmations
I've bought a lot of affirmation books so maybe I'm a little biased. The narrator has a nice calming voice and I use these before bed (or sometimes on the way to a hard days work). It says for women and I can understand that but affirmations are for all and I like this one because it focuses on the good things, feeling thankful for my abundant life right now.

Soothing and motivating
I really enjoyed the affirmations in this audio book. I've never been great at bouncing out of bed to conquer the day, I'm way too fond of the snooze button on my alarm every morning and always have to drag myself out of bed. I found after a couple of listens I was almost excited to get up and seize the day, it's greatly transformed my morning routine and I'm a much happier morning person!

Empowering text
I love the pace of this extremely positive book. Listening to it had a calming effect and the affirmations are a timely reminder in a moment of despair when many of us have watched our lives change in ways we didn’t expect. Each chapter is a reinforcement of who I am, and I am grateful for the opportunity to recall the attributes that really I should never have forgotten in the first place.
I love the fact that the last chapter focuses on peace of mind which is so apt, for when all is well, peace is the ultimate state of mind.

Warm and Inspirational
Beautifully written and would def gift this to close friends and love ones. This is very helpful for having a clear mindset to set first thing in the morning. Great listening when having breakfast etc. Overall great content and narration.
