Summary
Find a missing book. That was the job the woman in the Doc Martens gave us. Easy money, right? Only now it seems she's actually an ancient, powerful sorcerer, and the book is a Book of Power that doesn't want to be found. It wants to tear reality apart at the seams, and it'll use anyone it can to do it.
So now we've got one spectacularly displeased sorcerer, a hungry, still-missing book, a dentist with bad hygiene, and a neighbourhood having some reality issues to deal with. Plus about a day before the book turns our world - and us - inside out.
We've totally got this. I hope.

Gobbelino the Cat is a Legend!
This book was fantastic, I binged this in two days. Kim M. Watt is one of my favourite authors I love The Beaufort Scales books, and when I saw there was a new book series, I was really excited. The narrator of this book, Paul Tyreman is perfect, his performance is absolutely outstanding! The story itself is wonderfully fun and a joy to listen too. I have just bought book 2. I am going on holiday next week, so I will be purchasing books 3, 4, 5 and 6 for the trip to Torquay.

An excellent start to the series
I have all the Gobbelino London books on Kindle and I'm delighted that they are now coming out in audio as well. Future re-reads are going to be even more fun.
If I had a complaint at all, it's that I hadn't imagined Gobbelino with a northern accent - he does say he started in London, so actually I'm probably grateful he doesn't sound like a Cockney! - but that's not going to change my 5-star rating, because I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
I'm hoping that sometime in the future Gobbelino and Callum will meet DI Adams (please?).
