Summary
Robert Kelsey's What's Stopping You? has become a self-help classic. His What's Stopping You? books have helped thousands of people worldwide overcome their limiting beliefs and bash through their barriers to success.
Now Robert is back to help us defeat the obstacles that stop us achieving more in our everyday lives. Many of us have the greatest of intentions but find ourselves procrastinating, which results in low attainment and frustrated ambitions.
Grounded in solid psychological research, Robert helps us examine why we might have these tendencies and how to overcome them in order to feel more together, in control, and on top of everything. This book looks at the psychology behind why we procrastinate in order to understand and ultimately change our behavior, to form new and effective habits.
Get Things Done is emotional ergonomics for the organizationally challenged individual - at home, at work, with themselves, and with others.

Not what was expecting
I don't often provide 3 stars for books as tend to choose books I have an interest in and drawn too so mostly the topics, themes and genres are of interest, but on this occasion felt drawn to it as found it very disappointing.
It started out well and was enthused to listen to the book as could understand where the author was coming from and felt connection as made sense, but then a lot of what was revealed was not new or from a new perspective so found myself just listening to get through the book and at least last chapter or two was more enjoyable to listen to.
Unfortunately on this occasion beginning and end only parts I enjoyed and the rest just listened as I did chores around house as did not hold my interest. I had initially borrowed this book from the library as liked the title and when I saw it in Plus Catalogue decided to listen in but maybe the written word better than listening.
Find these kind of books with lots of different books and authors on the subject can be personal to what connects with you and unfortunately on this occasion for me was not an engaging listen.
