Summary
Alan Watts discusses the fundamental attitudes that run through all religions or "ways of liberation," as the Far Eastern disciplines might better be described.
By following these practices to the extremes of repentance, rebellion, and resignation, one may be freed from the endless cycles of reincarnation which perpetuate the human condition.

Brilliant!
Alan Watts manages to express the most profound truths in a uniquely elegant, simple and joyful way - and this set of lectures is probably my favourite of all. Despite his jovial style, the wisdom contained here is extraordinary. I couldn’t recommend this more highly

Must must hear this.
Head-turning, thought provoking, mind boggling, common sense turned on its head.
Must must hear this even if the sound quality is not perfect.
Will listen over and over again. Outstanding. Wish I had heard this when I was younger.

Another Alan Watts Classic!
Amazing listening, funny, witty, insightful and beautiful. The audio is a little quiet and I'd recommend not listening in urban areas.

what if you'd act as God?
it really caught my attention in the end... where actually unity is possible. what if we stop playing the ego game?

Excellent
I thought this was an excellent teaching on paths we choose to life. The ending seemed abrupt.
