About this listen
Greed. Power. Sin.
It all comes with the gavel.
Blurs the lines between church and state.
But the Knightdale Charter of the Satan's Knights MC is my life.
And I'd do anything for this club.
Like letting the best woman I ever had slip through my fingertips.
A sinfully beautiful spitfire, she's my better half in every way.
My twin flame. My everything.
My biggest regret.
But there's no making things right between us.
Because I'm the reason she's alone yet again.
And if our past wasn't enough to put out the fire in her soul, my crimes certainly will be.

Second chances are awesome!
The MC president and his ex wife got along well as exes go. She was remarried with kids but the ambers were still there. Then one jealous brother makes the new husband go away. It’s an exciting listen, with a relatable life if your into sexy dangerous bikers.

Awesome Story & Narration🎧 Gripping & Heartfelt!
This is a fantastic romantic suspense and an amazing start to “The Satan’s Knights MC North Carolina” series. It is my first book written by Janine Infante Bosco and I enjoyed her writing style, the interesting characters and storylines she created, which are captivating from start to end. Maverick is the president of the Knightdale Charter of the Satan’s Knights Motorcycle club, and he lives for the club, but it cost him the love of his life, Holly. Holly could not take being second fiddle anymore, and when Maverick could not give her more, she felt the need to move on, selling their home and leaving with their two children. She did not take them far because Maverick stayed in their lives, and they maintained a good rapport even after she moved on and remarried Colt. Colt, a truck driver, loved Holly and her two kids, and then they added their own son to complete the family. This is where the story begins, it has been five years but Maverick is a big part of their lives, Colt feels a certain amount of animosity because of that and when he his job cuts his hours, he was not happy that Holly turned to Maverick for help and approached him about it. Despite having no involvement with the club or club business, Maverick offers Colt a job which he accepts. But not is all as it seems and things go sideways, in their personal lives and with club business. There is never a dull moment in this book and the multi-layered story has the perfect balance of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Janine Infante Bosco, thank you for this amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 Michael Norman Johnson and Sarah Puckett did an amazing job bringing these characters and story to life. They understood the characters they were portraying, gave them voice that were fitting and were believable in every role. Johnson was great in his role as Maverick and played the part perfectly, and Sara was just as great as Holly, both grasping every aspect of their character’s personality. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they captured all their characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their performance elevates this already fantastic story to another level. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

An MC story and so much more!
Some people know they have found their person early in life. Maverick knew Holly was his when he was a teenager. Married, kids and now divorced, he is still integral in her life. But she has moved on and is married to Colt with a child too. When problems arise with her family, she immediately goes to the one she can count on, Maverick, and he does what he can to help her out. But at what cost does this entail? This is the kind of book that tugs at the heart strings along with all the business an MC brings. I enjoyed this, the push pull between Mav and Holly, the kid drama, plus the suspense and surprise that comes that blew my heart up. It's a great listen and start to this segment of the Satan Knights.
Sarah Puckett and Michael Norman Johnson are a fantastic team, and together they pull out all the stops for this one. This is packed with all kinds of emotions, and each knows their characters so well, it all came through making me feel. I loved how their voices complimented each other in the dual narration and can't wait to hear the next installment of the North Carolina chapter.

Forsaking All Others: Satan's Knights MC NC #1
🎧🎧AUDIOBOOK REVIEW🎧🎧
I experienced my very first Janine story back in 2020 and it was so good that I immediately spent a stoopid amount of money on her backlist. Since then, I’ve managed to catch up quite a bit (yeah, I know, there aren’t that many reviews but sometimes I just binge and forget lol *shrug*) and every single time I pick up one of her books, I want to spend more stoopid money on her! LOL Anywho …
I finished listening to this audiobook only a few days ago and I can still feel the story like I’d listened to just today! I enjoyed both Sarah & Michael as narrators and they did a good job bringing the story to life for me. It was back in 2022 when I read the story and liked it, and I have to confess that listening to the story elevated it for me. There’s something about listening to stories in this genre/trope that makes the story that much more intense, especially when the narrators are as good as Sarah & Michael.
The story of Maverick & Holly is a complicated one and doesn’t really fit the norm of contemporary romance, but it does fit the norm of mc romances. You have to know that before you pick up this book because if you’re not familiar with the MC way of life, you might be hard-pressed to like anyone or anything about this book. That’s always a good motto to live by when it comes to any genre. Know what you’re getting into before you go in, so you can enjoy a story for what it is and not what you wish it was. I enjoyed the heck out of this story, but do I think Maverick & Holly could have used more time and space within the confines of the story to make their HEA stick like superglue? Yeah, I do. Was it really good the way it was written? Also, yes. *shrug* I believed in them from the start, but if I’m critically reviewing, I’d say this story could have been a duet that would have blown everyone away. *shrug* But I’m not a writer LOL

Maverick & Holly
Forsaking All Others was my first book by author Janine Infante Bosco. This was a heart wrenching story that definitely pulled every emotion out of me.
Holly and Maverick were soulmates and had an attraction that nothing could break. Maverick was one I had a love/hate relationship with as his actions were what put Holly into another man’s arms as his wife and mother of his son. Colt was a very likable guy and I felt for him being in the position he was. There was a lot of build up but I felt like the ending was rushed and we didn’t get any time seeing them really happy together besides the stolen moments as exes. Overall- it was a decent listen with great narration, a little spice (one scene for h&H in the last chapter), and characters that will grip your heart as they learn to accept the past and forgive. Maverick just needed to grovel a whole lot more! A good start to the series and one I’m curious about book 2.
Sarah Puckett and Michael Norman Johnson were outstanding at portraying these characters and I could feel the heartbreak and every other emotion throughout the story. Their voices flowed well together and made this an enjoyable listen.

Amazing dual narration from Michael Norman Johnson and Sarah Puckett. Both bring out all the emotion, action, angst, heat and chemistry. I also loved how Michael spoke only the male parts and Sarah the female. Brilliant
Maverick and Holly always had amazing hot chemistry, having two wonderful children but that did not stop them divorcing. Yet years have passed, Holly has remarried to Cole and had a gorgeous boy. Holly loves her husband but her heart and sole will always belong to Mav. He feels the same and sees her youngest son as his. When trouble comes knocking at the MC , Mav askes Cole for help but it goes wrong. With a mole in the club, angst , distrust , rare emotions and heat.
This story will definitely pull at your heartstrings so be prepared.

Holly and Maverick!
Maverick knows that he is responsible for the destruction of his marriage but just because they are divorced it doesn’t mean he isn’t an active part of Holly and his children’s lives. It wasn’t until he lost her that he realized what he had and now he pays the ultimate price of seeing her live the life they could have had without him.
Holly realized that Maverick couldn’t give her what she needed so her only choice was to create a new life for herself and their children. Their lives will forever be entwined but when it all comes crashing down will it bring them together or tear them apart?
Holly’s strength and resilience shines through as she faces the challenges that life throws at her as Maverick proves himself worthy even if mistakes were made along the way. The performance of the narrators was seamless as they showed that even during the times they weren't together they still shared a connection that was impossible to break.
