Incredible resource for the caregiver
Forget me not is a compassionate guide through a very difficult, trying and emotionally draining time. Tori provides support that only someone who has personally experienced this situation could give. The information is presented in such a practical way, that I felt I could share the advice after listening. We lost my grandmother to a neurodegenerative disorder, and how I wish I had access to this book at that time. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is experiencing compassion fatigue, or anyone who works in this field. Thank you for writing such a comprehensive guide, a light during a dark time.

Amazing and practical
I find it very challenging to care for my aging folks and balance caring for myself. I tend to swing between the extremes - I either over-give or almost withhold care. This book is a useful resource. It has helped me to see that it is not selfish to take care of myself as well. I really needed the strategies for communicating well through the process.

Great book for anyone dealing with older family me
I got this book and started listening to it since I have lost family members to diseases that it covers. I was surprised at the amount of information contained within this book and the detail that it helped break down different types of disorders. I love the suggestions and how the author laid out how to help care for our loved ones. I just wasn't a fan of how they were referred to as LO during the book.

Magnificent book - highly recommend it!
Caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease can be an absolute drain. It's very painful to see someone who was fully functional to slowly deteriorate and lose the memories you shared together. Fortunately this book really helps sets expectations and makes you come to reality with the situation, as unfortunate as it may be, in a was that is self-motivating and healing.
The narration quality is top quality and is very suitable for the content of the book. I listened through in one sitting only because it was so engaging and hit my heart.
Absolutely recommend!
