Summary

Five Aston has known Rory Shrike for as long as he can remember. He played with her in the sandbox. He went to every damn horse show just to be supportive. He helped her with her French, walked her home from school, and faked his test scores just to stay with her a little longer and not be sent off to college early.

But eventually he had to move on.

And so did she.

Never has a second chance meant so much to a boy who loves a girl.

Five is a standalone book that is a prequel to the Mister series and also a spin-off of the Rook & Ronin series. You can listen to it first, you can listen to it last. It doesn't really matter because it's f--king Five.

Includes a special bonus note read by the author.

Fantastic!

Five (Mister 0.5) is the love story to end all love story’s! Five Aston and Rory Shrike have loved each other nearly all their lives. Then Five left, and a heartbroken Rory moved on. Six years later he's back and she wants answers.
Five is the prequel to the brilliant Mister series and gives us the enigmatic Five's story. It's thrilling, intriguing, and deadly, with twists and turns aplenty. You won’t be disappointed!

Yes!

Loved this! Rory and Five are wonderful together and this story is both gripping and a fabulous romance. Teddy Hamilton and Anna Riordan are brilliant and had me completely immersed in the narrative that they interpreted with skill and passion. Superb 💖💖💖💖💖

Great storyline

This book is non stop action right the way through. With good characters and a brilliant performance from both Anna and Teddy you can really relate to them.

Good plot

I loved the way it was written and it ramped up the tension and finished really well, I’m looking forward to reading the rest of them.

Not sure how I feel about this audio. I received it free with my audible package, and even though it says it can be read as a standalone, I felt like I was missing out having not read any of the previous books. I loved Five, he was perfect. My main issue was with Rory. I thought she was stupid and naive, then I thought maybe she wasn’t, but it didn’t matter anyway because my perception of her was all tainted. I was frustrated throughout because I felt it was overly complicated. I couldn't stop listening though, I needed to know the outcome and find out what all the secrets were, I was riveted. I did feel as though the end was a bit anticlimactic. The narration was led by Teddy Hamilton (and yes he was perfect, as usual), and Anna Riordan.

it's a prequel but there are a lot of unknowns

I felt lost a lot in this book and gave up after a couple of hours. it felt like some previous knowledge is needed to really enjoy this book

Limped home

Hugely disappointing. The main characters are very dull, Rory is initially whiney and repetitive, Five is largely unfulfilling and the story is messy but transparent and just when you think it’s all going to unveil itself, it’s ends. I think my biggest grievance with this book is, having read Mr 1,2&3, this “prequel” made no sense regarding Five’s timeline and history. Sorry
