brutal but brilliant
I admit it was very triggering and was partly prepared for it.
I am glad I read the two books together and didn't have to wait.
the story held a lot of emotion and I was eager to see how it all was going to pan out, the ending was fantastic

What a piece of Pure Art!
Absolutely heart breaking with deliciously dark, conniving characters. The steam is off the charts, and oh so lusciously deranged! As I said...pure Art!

The ending
Predicable but so good and perfect, that ending was amazing.
Loved the characters. The story is captevating and yet you are so isolated from what is going on.

Not what I expected, it was everything I could only wish for wrapped up in a story (cliffhanger and all). So many times my eyes practically rolled into the back of head with how graphic this author is (giggling) —I should’ve taken the trigger warnings here so seriously. It was a red flags show on every imagined level.
Do not let the cover, synopsis/blurb or title fool you, this book was really (for real this time) DARK, crude and oh so graphic. Extra realistically erotic and highly emotionally charged. With a bit of “funny/tongue & cheeky) here & there and despite all that…a budding romance on the horizon as expected… ahhhhh, perhaps not!!! Who knows. As morally & grey don’t exist with said disturbing dudes here—Back to Black is all these Ravens know.
Loved every single sentence of this book. Never a dull moment here. Story was superb. Even the difficult parts. I read it first on Kindle & decided to give the audiobook a go, second time around damnnn —I still had to clutch my darn pearls… crazy how good this story was.
