Just another self help book

No offence to the author but it’s just another self help book filled with lists of things you must do to become successful. Some of the advice is somewhat dangerous as, in certain instances, he is suggesting that you should just trust people are going to be good and helpful. Depending on the situation, this could end poorly.

A master's piece on this topic

I've read many books and researched a lot about the topic of overcoming fears, but never I found the ideas shown here. The book is not only original, but totally oriented to action, with an exercise to practice on each chapter that ensures the information is not only acquired, but applied as well. It also offers all the theoretical and scientifically proven data in detail behind everything explained here - no pseudocientific or new age claims. And this is completemented with the wisdom acquired by multiple real-life experiences regarding each topic.

If you are interested into overcoming fears, this book will help with that, and more. It will change the conventional perspective of fear, so that it not only stops working against you - but will be used as fuel to move towards your goals.

Equipping me to face my fears

After listening to this audiobook, I know I have already benefitted from it and there’s much more to come. There are so many great exercises and a roadmap of how to face one’s fears, along with the research to help motivate me into action.

Good book

Speaks about fear in an important way. Fear is natural and it can be used to create breakthroughs in your life. Fear isn’t something that needs to go away, a shift in relationship towards it is what’s needed.
