About this listen
He’s trapped in hell. He’s slave to a demon. He’s going to make them sorry.
Immortal wizard Otto Schneider misjudged his deal with Daniel badly. Now, he’s a demon’s puppet, and he's kidnapping people because he has no choice...or so the demons think.
Forced to perform dread work or watch others suffer, he must bide his time, but millennia of being unopposed has made the demons complacent, and they turn their back on him at their peril.
Otto intends to find a way back to Bremen, his wife, his new student Katja, and everything he loves, but he cannot do it without help. Who can you trust when you are already in hell?
Amid a web of deceit and betrayal, our wizard must find a way to overcome the ancient magic that binds him and strike back against the demons who threaten to invade the Earth.
The defender of Bremen is coming back, and he’s bringing hell with him!

Another great book by Steve Higgs!
In this book we look through the eyes of Otto Schneider, a wizard, a husband, a good samaritan and a reluctant familiar to demons. Saving the world is hard work and there is no shortage of enemies. This book is very fast-paced and filled to the brim with non-stop action. Loved the narration. Fantastic book!
