About this listen
Finally, a book that peels back the true nature of failure and uncovers the inextricable relationship between failure and success. It shows you chapter after revealing chapter how to not only embrace failure but how that failure creates a trajectory forward. This results in the need to fail fast, before getting too far in the game; to fail often so that you learn more about your task; and to fail big.
The book reveals the implementation of the FSG, the failure-success-greatness matrix. It highlights how great achievers view success and how they used failure to their benefit every single time. With failure they not only elevated themselves, they took humanity to greater heights with them. A section of the book shows you how to embrace failure by changing your mindset towards failing. Mindsets do make or break the person they control, but your will and logic can come together to change that mindset, regardless of how entrenched.
This book shows you the nature of failure, exhibits the path to success, and shows you how greatness is achieved. You just need to learn to believe in what’s in you. Believe in your greatness but don’t get carried away by it and don’t gloat about it. Tuck that knowledge deep inside and allow it to smolder. Nurture it till it advances to a flame. Allow it to infect all things you do, then nurture it more till that flame becomes a blaze and your successes seem superhuman to lesser minds.
Here is a preview of what you'll learn....
- The nature of success
- How to prepare yourself for success
- The art of greatness
- How to fail well
- How to tweak your mindset to fail forward
- How to take the leap into greatness
Is this book for you? This book is dedicated to all those who desire greatness. All those who have massive goals and dreams, but have yet to put everything together.

Get it
As a chaplain, i recommend this book often and know the value of its message personally. Life is a series of learning opportunities. The message of this book would benefit students specifically in alternative programs at school that have made poor choices.

Wonderful Book
I bought this book to give to a young friend who had failed a couple of college courses and was facing academic probation. Chase 's book deals with the lessons learned by failure and overcoming the obstacles to obtain success. It's truly a wonderful book.

Just what I needed...
This books fills in so many gaps in learning to deal with failure. It starts with basic ideas that bloom into concepts I didn't realize I needed to revisit. I now feel more confident in how I fail, and I will always try to fail forward.

Practical
This is a practitioner's book. It shows that failure is inevitable but a good failure is one that moves an organization forward. Chase is known for his business books on many leadership topic; and while this one is not focused on leadership, it can be seen as a leader's MGT 101 when failure occurs. It is a good book.
