Enlightening
This is a wonderful book for anyone looking to understand chakras and how they play a role in our lives and who we are. The author does a great job of exploring the basics and fundamentals of chakras and how to use affirmations and journaling for spiritual growth and healing. This is a wonderful beginner's book.

I learned so much about myself
This book really helped me gain a new understanding of myself. As I worked through the exercises for each chakra, I started to see how certain emotions, behaviors, and habits related to different energies being blocked or overactive in my life. Exploring my root chakra made me face some anxieties I've been ignoring, and balancing my heart chakra through meditation revealed why I've been reluctant to let people in. I also never connected feelings of low self-worth to my solar plexus before. I'm looking at myself from a new perspective now. I feel I have a better grasp of what's really driving some of my patterns and where I can bring more balance. Great book. I highly recommend it.
