Great listen!

Loved this. The stories were easy to listen to and always surprising. So clever! Truly all masters of their trade.

Excellent selection

Stories and narrators are a bit hit and miss. Overall a great way to get introduced to new writers, while being thoroughly entertained.

Disappointing

All well-written of-course - but nothing to hold my interest - possibly because I prefer longer format.

Pretty good bunch of short stories! 🙂

(I have read better, though.) A couple I didn't really like, because I found the endings a bit far-fetched, though in at least one case the rest of the story was really suspenseful and good. One or two of the stories were a bit too cynical, though this is to be expected with crime fiction. Actually, one of the stories WAS very realistic, but had a neggy ending, largely because everyone in it turned out to be either stupid or klutzy! I suppose this IS realistic in at least some cases, but that is what depressed me! 🤷‍♀️

Great twists

Really enjoyed these stories. Most twists were obvious, but the stories and their delivery was entertaining.

Overall, good, but some weird narration

Rather patchy but considering it was free, I can’t complain. Though the Lee Child and Val M stories had some very weird accents.

never had such fascinating collection

the string of the stories felt just right with a intriguing plots, acceptable drop in the middle, only to come back with fascination in the last tier. SUPERB

great stories, some questionable narration

I really enjoyed the selection of stories, but some of the narration was really awful. Particularly for stories with familiar characters from a well established series.
