Brilliant book

Easy to understand and listen too. So informative, gives you hope and a great insight into how to practice mindfullness breathing. heartfelt, and beautiful book. love this book and will read it again.

Uplifting,easy to follow guide and companion book.

Great follow up to I met a Monk...narrators voice is soft and soothing...highly reccomended book.
