Great Tool

Resilience is hard to come across when dealing with trauma and all trauma is different. This book provides good techniques to deal with trauma and learn to grow through it.

grounding

I’m an overthinker, always anxious, and I’ve consumed more self-help content than I care to admit. Most of it sounds great in theory but never sticks. This audiobook feels different though. The author breaks somatic therapy down into simple exercises that don’t require a huge time commitment or a personality overhaul. Listening to this feels like I have real tools to calm my nervous system instead of just “thinking” my way out of anxiety (which never works). If you’re tired of self-help fluff and want something actionable, give this a listen. It’s been a game-changer for me
