Bei meiner Ankunft in der Hauptstadt wurde ich festgenommen. Angeblich hatte ich den kleinen Prinzen ermordet. Die Strafe war die Verbannung ins Exil – auf die Insel der Freiheit. Diese Gefängnisinsel war ein Sammelplatz für die schrecklichsten Kriminellen des Kaiserreichs: Facettierte, Schwarzbüchler, Mörder und Vergewaltiger. Man munkelte, dass seit Bestehen dieser Strafkolonie nur drei Personen die Flucht von dort gelungen sei.

Ich hatte den Prinzling nicht ermordet. Aber es gab keine Möglichkeit, der Verbannung zu entgehen. Also würde ich ums Überleben kämpfen und einen Fluchtplan austüfteln.
