Brilliant and educational

Great voice! Clarity in explaining the jargon commonly used in the DEI space, which can bamboozle even the most enlightened. Jenny does it skillfully and with authority. The cherry on the cake is the glossary. A recommended book for leaders and aspiring leaders interested in deepening their knowledge around Equity in society, and within the workplace in particular.

A fantastically informative listening

I have enjoyed listening to this book. It is packed with data and great insights. It opened my eyes to manifestations of racism and discrimination I had not seen or considered before. It is awesome

A straight forward guide to a simple Diversity and Inclusion strategy in the workplace

A straight-to-point guide on how to establish equity in the workplace for employees from the global majority.

Love the analogy of the ‘seesaw’ to explain equity! Makes so much sense!

I will definitely recommend this book to any leader looking to learn about demonstrating equity in their teams and the workplace.

insightful, educational, and relatable.

I've read this book multiple times. it's an invitation to conversations we should already be having.

This publication guides the reader through workplace inadequacies and employee experiences, without offering judgment or criticism on a personal level. I believe this book should hold pride of place on any leader committed to DEIB and lived equality within their organisation.
