Excellent
One of the best books I've listened to on Audible. In places laugh out loud hilarious and all through well written and performed, it's an amazing window on the sides of a job you don't see.

Not for the faint hearted
this book definitely isn't for the faint hearted, it goes into some pretty gory details. There were points where I laughed out loud with some of the stories he tells and some you can't believe really happened. If you want a real insight into the Uk ambulance service this is a good book to have.

Interesting
This book is an interesting compilation of some of the more bizarre ambulance tasks and it also shows how life as an ambulance technician and home can intertwine. The reflections about his childhood give a depth to the book. It produces many emotions from humour to sadness, from times of joy to times of pain. A memorable read

Engaging
A mixture of stories from the front line of the ambulance service and of an 'interesting' childhood. Enjoyed it and would like to read more about the writer's life. I found the wry tone of the narration a bit monotonous.

Uninteresting and Not Funny At All
It's not funny it's not even interesting, apart from one or two stories I've heard them all before even experienced some myself and I have funnier experiences than the ones in this audio book and I only worked in a nursing home which half where dementia patient's. Was very unimpressed.
