Loved
Anastasia is the daughter of Samuel Kingtson and wants to be CEO of hid company. Julian is the COO of the company and desperately wants the CEO position but to their honor Samuel wants a family oriented person in charge of his company. Both Anastasia and Julian sign up for a service called Trophy wife and are matched together but when they find out they are vying for the same position it becomes war which evolves into love. Great story lots of laugh out loud moments and some tears as well.

I really enjoyed this book. The start had me giddy at the situation they found themselves in. It was funny, sweet, and spicy and all the things you look for in a good romance book.

Age Gap Office Romance
Drunk On You by Nikki Ash is a an age gap office romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Walker Williams and Kelsey Navarro Foster. This is the first book in the Love and Whiskey series.
I absolutely love Nikki's books. She does an amazing job pulling me into the story and I can't help but binge the books in one sitting.
I really enjoyed the relationship between Julian and Anastasia. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
I can't wait for the next book in the series Hooked On You to be released on September 12, 2024.
Walker and Kelsey did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you're looking for an age gap romance, enemies to lovers romance, fake engagement romance, or an office romance.

Fantastic Story & Listen🎧Intoxicating & Addictive
Nikki Ash pens another fantastic novel, a fake engagement, enemies-to-lovers office romance, and it is a great start to her “Love & Whiskey” series. The story grabbed my attention immediately and held it captive for the entire book. I adored the two lead characters, Anastasia and Julian, both are driven, not afraid to go after what they want and are determined to get it. Anastasia had a strained relationship with her father since the tragic death of her mother, and she moved to London to be away from him. Hearing thru the grapevine that her father, CEO of Kingston Limited, was going to retire, she was upset he did not teller her, but he never wanted to talk business with her, despite her practically growing up there. She expresses her interest in taking over for him, but he has plans to take the company in another direction, does not want it ran the way he did. She finds out what he is looking for and come up with a plan to fit that criteria, but she needs to come up with a fiancé first and applies to be a trophy wife. Julian worked his way up the ladder in Kingston Limited and he is the number one candidate for the CEO position, at least he thought he was, but when Samuel announced his retirement, he was not sure if Julian would be a good fit or not. He did not want Julian to make the same mistakes he did, focus more on the job than his family. So Julian knows what he has to do, to show Samuel he can balance work and a relationship, except he needs to find someone to have a relationship with first. So he looks to hire a trophy wife, and he gets way more than he bargained for. OMG, the chemistry between Julian and Anastasia was electric, and they definitely met their match in each other, giving as good as they got. I loved how everything played out in this book, it is a wonderfully plotted, multilayered story that has the perfect balance of drama, a touch of angst, humor, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Nikki Ash, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional roller coaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 The wonderfully talented Kelsey Navarro Foster & Walker Williams did a fabulous job bringing these characters and story to life. They understood the characters they were portraying, giving each a voice that was fitting and was believable in every role. Navarro Foster nailed it as Anastasia, grasping every aspect of her personality, from her fierceness to her most vulnerable moments. Willams did the same for Julian and was just as amazing in his role, swoon worthy and all. Both were fantastic performing the roles of all the secondary characters, too. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling them all. These two are entertaining storytellers and their performance elevates this already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

Sweet and Spicy Fake Marriage Romance
Drunk on You is a fake marriage romance that brings all the feels and all the spice and will have you rooting for these two main characters.
Both Ana and Julian go out looking to find a partner to help better their odds at landing their dream job, but the joke is on them when it turns out that they are vying for the same job. I adored these two characters from the very beginning. They were relatable, likable and they just seemed to belong together even from early on. I liked how hard Anastasia worked but and how determined she was in getting what she wanted. I loved Julian. He was protective, caring and just swoony. Moreso, I loved that they each opened the other person to what they didn't know they were missing. Julian and Ana had insane chemistry as well so that was a bonus.
I absolutely loved the ending and the epilogue and the narration was fantastic. Kelsey Navarro Foster and Walker Williams were engaging to listen to and bought Ana and Julian's characters to life. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The Flock VIP Review Team Pink Flamingo Productions

Fun
This was so fun! I love the sarcasm and snark between Julian and Ana. The chemistry and shenanigans were great. I enjoyed how feisty Ana was. This was fun and spicy and so full of chemistry.
