Lightbulb after lightbulb!!
This book changed my life, it gave all the answers to all the confusion and therefore the courage to apply for a divorce. I still go back and listen to a chapter for encouragement to delete the doubting thoughts and from this book have gone on to learn so much more!!

Clear and easy to follow guidance
Clearly sets out narcissistic types and their associated behaviours. Followed by easy to follow guidelines for the individual finding themselves in divorce proceedings and processing the breakdown of a marriage from a narcissist.
A definite must read to educate oneself. There is much to learn, whether it is a relationship breakdown, divorce or dealing with narcissists in your non-romantic life.
