About this listen

Five years ago, I ran from the devil who got me pregnant.

I have a son now. A boy I'd do anything to protect.

But I left behind the sister I loved more than life itself.

So when Ilarion Zakharov finds me again, I have an impossible choice to make: Do I go back with him to the world I left behind? Or do I leave my sister to drown in the mess I caused?

Ilarion doesn't make choosing easy.

With every touch, every kiss, every searing look from those blue eyes, he reminds me of the truth: I love him. I'll always love him. I can't help but love him.

Even if loving him costs me everything.

Diamond Angel is book two of the Zakharov Bratva duet. This is a light mafia contemporary romance with no cheating and an HEA.

Great sequel

The story is filled with emotional turmoil, suspense, and romance as Taylor and Ilarion navigate their complicated relationship. Engaging dual narration and the well-paced story.

Loved the story

I went straight into reading this as soon as finished the diamond devil (book 1) as had to know what happened next . There was a good mixture of mafia business with a love triangle story with a sprinkle of spice.

pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this!

At last a Mafia story with decent characters and plot.....rather than just spice for the sake of it. I've listened to an eclectic mix of books since Dec.2019, nearly 780 of them...YA, high fantasy, sci fi, thrillers....and alot of contemporary romance with decent helpings of smut 😉😘....however I've often failed to finish Mafiosi based romance thrillers because I thought the plots were thin, I wasn't drawn to the characters at all. I almost wasn't going to buy this 2 part series. BUT, I'm glad I did, a refreshing change to actually want to find out what happens. So much so, I bought the 2nd book immediately.

Also, the narration was PERFECTION! Even though it isn't performed in duet the
