Love This Book

I absolutely love this, although the meditation in the beginning isn’t necessarily my thing but I sleep so well with this. I feel so rested and fabulous in the morning. Btw-I’m not a morning person.

Amazing Book!

This is a really great Audio Book. I occassionly have some issues falling asleep and this Book does the trick. It helps you "sort" your problems away and really relax.

I'm still awake so doesn't work.

removing sounds signals and chapter numbers might be helpful. they were keep waking me up.
