Summary

In einem alten Haus finden die beiden Freunde Max und Yannick eine kleine weiße Statue. Nicht sehr interessant, so denken sie zuerst. Great way to improve your A2 German reading skills

What made the experience of listening to Das Geheimnis der Statue (Deutsch als Fremdsprache) the most enjoyable?

It improved my German listening skills. I recommend reading the pdf of the book first. I read it as an iBook on my ipad. The narration speed would have been too fast for me otherwise.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Both of the boys. I learnt some useful vocabulary on how to argue auf Deutsch from them. Some swear words too:)

The police man.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No my German is not that good:(

I would also recommend the Andre Klein books to anyone learning German. Their narration speed is slower.
