A good story spoiled by a bad narration.
The story is good with good plot and characters but it was hard to listen to because it was so badly narrated. It was just “read out loud” and some of the character voices were just not credible.

Easy to listen too too
I have read a lot of Rosie Clarke’s novel’s and really enjoy them . Whilst I enjoyed this one too the narrator spoilt the flow of the story with breaks mid sentence. And delays between sentences so long I thought it was the start of a new chapter. It felt very stilted in places lacking atmosphere.
