Summary

Intense drama
Drama, Suspense, Strong Men and Women.
This series is a joy to follow. It's great that the writer has made the women strong and able to deal with the poison that invades their lives.
The men are all Alpha but they encourage, support and love with abandonment (eventually)
I cannot wait to listen to the rest of them.
Definitely one series not to miss!!!

Awesome
I feel like I’ve said this before about a Riley Edwards book but my god does this one put you through the emotional wringer. I feel it really might take some time to get over the way this one all folded out, and my goodness did the narration bring it all even more to life than the words leaping from the pages did.
As ever the characters are totally on point, portrayed to perfection by Teddy Hamilton and Maxine Mitchell, and you just adore them from start to finish. That doesn’t mean you won’t get frustrated with them, Sadie’s do-it-herself attitude is awesome right till she lets it get in her own way. However that doesn’t take away from how badass she is down to her core. Maxine manages to bring out the depth of her strength as well as her vulnerability in her narration.
Reese is all that and a bag of chips, except for his “had my heart broken, poor me I’ll never have a relationship again” attitude, though as you can imagine that has taken a hike around the 40% mark and the wooing begins (read - alpha male taking over till she gives in). Teddy’s growly voice gave me shivers whether he was deliberately alpha or being an ass at the time 🤣.
The storyline is intense and fast paced with a LOT going on and that ending….my heart 🫣. Such a great book and I can’t wait for the next one

Sweet treats:)
Teddy as Reese MF Turmel!! Ladies look no further because we have ourselves a fine specimen of a m!a!n! He may be a little jaded but he quickly realizes that he was with the wrong person and he can have so much more with Sadie!
I love his loyalty, protectiveness and his ability to allow Sadie to still be in control of her situation.
Anxiously awaiting Asher’s book…and more of the Horseman storyline.
