Better than I expexted
I wasn't to sure what to expect from this when I started this. But was pleasantly surprised, there a brief but interest part about the history and traditions.
Personally I'm not convinced by spells and magic side of it. But using them as grounding tools and the rituals around caring for the crystals themselves was very interest. I also like how there was a reference to not using crystal healing as a substitute for seeing a doctor. Something which sadly is often missing from spiritual books in my experience.
In terms of narration it was clear a easy to follow with no distractions or sound effects.

Really nice listen
It was handy to listen to, as I get distracted with self help books. Will buy book for the parts it was needed for as can’t find the email with parts I need.

Good Information
Good book although with the information in it a hand held book would be better as it’s a lot to take in and a proper book would be good for referring back to/ post it noting pages of interest.
