Extremely disappointed!

I was really looking forward to this, especially since it's supposed to help you sleep.
The narration at the beginning is great, and helps you get to sleep. However, between the narrations, the music on the audio wakes you up abruptly due to being loud, sharp and anything but relaxing. I had the volume only just loud enough to hear the narration but it didn't make any difference, the grating music inbetween just kept waking me up!
As a result I was unable to use the audio and will be asking for a refund.
I'm so disappointed as I was planning on getting another of the audio books from the Sleep Learning System, but after this one I'll be avoiding any others.
