Summary

Have you tried everything to improve your drinking habits and are still looking for an effective solution? Are you looking for scientific answers for you or your loved one’s drinking problem? Do you want to be empowered, and discover freedom from your dependence once and for all?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, keep reading.

We all know how dangerous alcohol abuse is, with its potential to destroy every aspect of our lives.

Despite that, alcohol dependency is extremely common.

Did you know that millions of people have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, and many even die from it?

In fact, alcohol abuse kills up to three million people every year!

The good news is, you can improve your drinking habits and prevent or overcome alcohol addiction with the help of science.

A 1999 study conducted by Barbaccia, M. L. et al, “Ethanol Markedly Increases ‘GABAergic’ Neurosteroids in Alcohol-preferring Rats” published in the European Journal of Pharmacology revealed the effects of alcohol on neurotransmitters.

They found that alcohol increases GABA, a neurotransmitter that reduces stress and pain.

This was a key factor in understanding how alcohol addiction comes about and how to beat it.

If you want power over your drinking, you’ll find all the information you need to get started right here.

This qaudiobook includes:

  • The Alcohol Myth: Little-Known Facts about the Pure Poison That Gradually Sucks the Life Out of You
  • The 21-Day Alcohol Switch: How to No Longer Be a Slave to Alcohol and Your Life Revolving Around It

In this guide, you’ll discover:

  • How an “addictive personality” can actually be a good thing
  • How this one brain chemical causes alcohol addiction and how to use it for good instead
  • Why you shouldn’t “give up” alcohol and what mindset to have instead
  • 5 types of alcoholism: Find out which group you or a loved one fit into and how to break free
  • Surprising facts about social drinking that show how it can actually be healthy
  • How alcohol affects men and women differently and which addiction treatments work best for each
  • Why drinking before bed actually makes your sleep worse and what you can do instead
  • How this one simple habit can prevent alcohol addiction (anyone can do this without giving up alcohol completely)
  • And much, much more!

Utilizing the most relevant research in health and addiction, this guide combines scientific facts with compassion and offers flexible solutions that anyone can use.

Even if you’ve been failed by AA or the advice of professionals, you can overcome your drinking problem and take back control starting today.

The key is in solutions that don’t force you to rely on willpower, feel guilty, or give up the things you love.

Arm yourself with the truth about alcohol and take control today by purchasing this audiobook right now!

pretty poor

Robotic delivery. Calls alcoholism a "habit" or "disease", rather than an addiction. Contradicts himself over and over, saying quitting doesnt require willpower if mindset is right, then in the next breath says one needs willpower. Thinks cutting down will help, which only makes alcohol more precious in the addicts mind. Doesn't seem to properly understand addiction at all.
