We all know how dangerous alcohol abuse is, with its potential to destroy every aspect of our lives.
Despite that, alcohol dependency is extremely common.
Did you know that millions of people have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol, and many even die from it?
In fact, alcohol abuse kills up to three million people every year!
The good news is, you can improve your drinking habits and prevent or overcome alcohol addiction with the help of science.
A 1999 study conducted by Barbaccia, M. L. et al, “Ethanol Markedly Increases ‘GABAergic’ Neurosteroids in Alcohol-preferring Rats” published in the European Journal of Pharmacology revealed the effects of alcohol on neurotransmitters.
They found that alcohol increases GABA, a neurotransmitter that reduces stress and pain.
This was a key factor in understanding how alcohol addiction comes about and how to beat it.
If you want power over your drinking, you’ll find all the information you need to get started right here.

pretty poor
Robotic delivery. Calls alcoholism a "habit" or "disease", rather than an addiction. Contradicts himself over and over, saying quitting doesnt require willpower if mindset is right, then in the next breath says one needs willpower. Thinks cutting down will help, which only makes alcohol more precious in the addicts mind. Doesn't seem to properly understand addiction at all.
