I was expecting more than 20 mins
Although I am sure I will listen again this seems to be a little steep for a 20 min talk. I didn't really know what to expect but this was very brief.

Too Short
Thought that this book would provide methods of how to use CBT for yourself 🙁, instead it just advertised the therapy
