Life changing
The book is more of an eye opener but yet it’s going to be my only monthly read. The insights you get aren’t new but when you get them they feel like you’ve found what you’ve been looking for

Interesting
It was an interesting book, triggering some reflections and like the idea of feeling about thinking, but that’s the main single point throughout the book. Easy to listen to, but possibly slightly repetitive

I would give a ZERO if I could!!!!
A complete con by Mr Smart. I persevered through hoping to find the one original idea or revelation that must have inspired this book. This was just a fiction. There’s no original content, no benefits, no insights, absolutely nothing except definitions of things like “principles” and more definitions, repetitions of the same stories, oh and directions to his website so he can have more hits and followers. A complete brainwashing con attempt. Shameful.
