Strongly recommended!

ADHD makes it difficult to organise and tidy things. My attention span is short, and I can't concentrate on what I'm doing, but I can tell that everything in this book is real, and it has helped me a lot. Strongly recommended!

A Masterpiece!

This book wasn't just about laundry it was also about understanding my ADHD and creating systems for a calmer life. The practices I learned helped me establish a laundry routine, resist the urge to "chair-drobe" my clothes, and finally feel in control of my wardrobe. This newfound organization not only saved me time but also reduced my morning stress levels. :)

Stay organized and keep your mind clutter-free!
