A new take on the chakras and food
I’ve studied lots of chakra information but this book had some new information and really helped with understanding the chakra issues ,how it affected our food choices and helped guide us as to how to turn around our bad food choices on a chakra by chakra basis - I literally couldn’t stop listening - I especially loved the quiz to see which chakra was dominant too -

Wow! Everybody should know this!
Great information, the kind I wish would be taught in schools... I can only dream at the level of wellbeing and quality of life people would have ...
The lecture is nice, appropriate for the book and authors' styles, although I always prefer to have the author reading, adds something extra. All in all a great book, will listen again and I'm already recommending it to all my friends.
