About this listen
Arthur Bryant, John May and the Peculiar Crimes Unit is on the trail of an enigma: Mr Fox. His identity is false, and his links to society are invisible. Their search takes them into the vast labyrinth of the Underground, a subterranean world full of legends and ghost stations. Edging closer to what lies beneath the city, are Bryant and May about to uncover something truly bizarre?

fabulous!
As always, great story, interesting and quirky characters. The odd snippet of London history thrown in for good measure... I love it.

Brilliant
Absolutely love these stories and read impeccably - total escapism from a crazy world and it’s going to be so disappointing when I’ve finished the lot

Not the best B&M but still an enthralling read
Not as much action in this one but Tim Goodman does his usual amazing performance breathing life into the characters

A match made in heaven
I love these books. I love the history of London woven into the stories, this one being the underground. The narration is first class. The characters are marvellous, larger than life. If you fancy a change from the usual crime stories, try these, quirky and a little bit crazy but totally addictive. Listen to them in order, I didn't and that is my one regret. The Bryant and May partnership is up there with the best in crime fiction.
